Each punch is carefully crafted from robust plain steel, first machined to ensure accurate dimensions and then forged to achieve maximum strength and durability.

Our punches are designed with an inner negative taper. This clever detail facilitates effortless removal of the leather after punching, making your work more efficient and precise.

To guarantee maximum strength and increased lifespan, our punches are heat-treated in our own forge workshop. This process hardens the steel and ensures that the punch can withstand even the most demanding tasks. After heat treatment, each punch is manually polished and sharpened to a sharp and precise edge, ready for immediate use.

Note: A large punch requires significant impact force and a robust workbench. We strongly recommend our 3.55.50 880g mallet and a hardwood plate or a 3.845 Ertacetal plate as a backing surface. Working on a metallic support is prohibited as it can damage the punch and the work surface.
